For the Love of Cars & Charity
Cars in the Commons is an annual celebration for car enthusiasts of all ages. Located in the North Village of the beautiful Norton Commons neighborhood, we bring in just under 400 cars to line the streets. Exotic, German, American, Vintage, Classic, and JDM. We have a little bit of everything for everyone.
The heart of this event is CHARITY. We have a passion for cars and want to share our passion with purpose. Read about our charity partners below:
Norton Hospital Children's Foundation has been with us from the very beginning! Each year, NCHF raffles off a home in Norton Commons and a BMW. (What a perfect match for our event!) Click here to buy a raffle ticket.
Our second charity that is close to our heart is Louisville Outreach for the Unsheltered or L.O.U. Their mission is to provide food, supplies, and necessary support services to those experiencing homelessness in the Louisville Metro and surrounding areas. They serve over 500 sack lunches EVERY Sunday. Sign up to help or donate here. Contact LOU at www.lououtreach.org.
The First Car Project is our newest charity partner. TFCP has the mission to donate two cars to two Kentucky foster youth as they transition into adulthood and independent living. Read more about this project at www.thefirstcarproject.com
