1. Event Registrations & Tickets

All event registrations and ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Events are typically held rain or shine.
No refunds will be issued for weather conditions, schedule changes, or failure to attend.
Tickets may not be exchanged or transferred unless expressly permitted by River City Rippers.

In the event River City Rippers cancels an event (not including force majeure events), purchasers may be offered:

A refund of the purchase price, or
A credit toward a future event (at our discretion).

2. Merchandise

If merchandise is sold through the Website:

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

We do not accept returns on:

Custom or personalized items
Clearance or final sale items

3. Memberships

Membership fees are non-refundable once processed.
If a membership includes recurring billing, cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

Revocation of event access or membership privileges
Additional collection efforts for unpaid balances
